Ask yourself or your child yes or no questions and let them find what they want by listening to the noise they make in response.
Ex: Would you like some vegetables for dinner? Huuu
Would you like some pizza? Huhu
(Ok probably only in parent’s dream 🤪)
Maybe you or your kids already do those sounds without knowing it. Just pay attention. It doesn’t use words🤷🏻‍♀️

You can trust your Sacral's response. Always! It has all the answers. It knows in the moment if you have the energy to respond to the world. What is right for you at the right time.
The answer is only true at the moment... not for the future. You have to be more present. It requires a bit of experimentation to understand it, to build a relationship with it but it's so worth it..
You can use it for everything, small and bigger decisions in your life.
Ex: Do you want to go to the Beach? Huuu yes!
Do you want to eat broccoli? Huhu no!
Having someone else asking you those questions is easier. So feel free to ask your kids and listen to their sounds.

Teaching it to your children will allow them to act according to their Design and to trust their gut feeling. The little voice in their belly…not in their mind💫
