How to understand, accept and support your children’s energy? tips for generators

In this episode, we start to explore the foundation of Human Design, and we talk about the Energy type of your Children, how it can help you to support their uniqueness (and yours) and how to parent them accordingly 😉

So, the Energy type is the essence of Human Design. The first thing you should look at in your or your children's chart is the energy type ☺️

There are four different energy types in Human Design:

. The Generator (+-70%) (Manifestor Generator included)

. The Projector (-+20%)

. The Manifestor (-10%)

. The very rare Reflector (1%)

Each energy type has its own way to lead into a flowy and an aligned life 🙌

. Each one has its specific strategy to interact with the world (respond, wait for the invitation, initiate, lunar cycle),

. Each one has its own aura (opened and enveloping, penetrating, closed and self-contained, or reflecting),

. Each one has its own signature to live in accordance with their true self (satisfaction, success, peace, or surprise),

. And each one has its own non-self theme when misaligned (frustration, bitterness, anger, or disappointment) 😅

Basically, the Manifestor initiates, the Generator/MG can then respond to the initiative. The Projector is here to guide, and the Reflector makes sure the process is working well. The circle is complete and perfect! 💫
