I am teaching you all about the 9 Centers in the Human Design system (similar to the 7 chakras) 🙌🏻

Being aware of your or your children's Centers is life changing! I use it everyday in my life and with my daughter ☺️

With practical tips that you can easily implement, we are diving into each Center to recognise your children's potentials (and yours) and where your little one may experience conditioning (from society and you too) 😅

In this first part episode, we explore : the Root, the Sacral, the Solar Plexus, the Spleen and the Heart Center.

I am sharing solutions to help them for anything they will encounter on their life journey and embrace their future.

Each Center carries its own energy and has a specific impact on you and your children.

Some Centers are going to be colored. It means that they are defined and you have consistent access to their energy.

For ex, my daughter has a defined Solar Plexus, Center of emotions. She is experimenting with big emotions. Disclaimer it's about expressing her emotions through crisis and transformation (channel 35-36). She needs to live the wave of her emotions.. the high and the low to find clarity. There is no truth in the now for her. Her lesson is not to react to it before finding that clarity.

When you have an open Center, you take energy from your environment. I have an open Solar Plexus Center. I am taking my daughter emotions and amplify it... my lesson to not take her emotions personality and to recognise which belongs to her or me and let it go... Before understanding that, I could not even let her cry a minute. While interfering I could not let her live her emotions to find that clarity.
