Root Center - pressure, stress, adrenaline
The Root Center is the square shape at the very bottom of the Bodygraph. It’s a Center pressure as the Head Center and manage… stress 😌
This Center operates as pulses, as adrenaline energy.
The Root Center is unique because it’s also a motor Center which allow the energy to impulse the movement.
With an opened Root Center and without consistent access to its energy, you or your children are gonna take pressure from others and…amplify it ☺️
To release this energy, you can feel that the work is never done and want to finish everything before relaxing/playing.
But this is endless as you can see all the things you need to do without stopping. And there is always more to do… and you can feel overwhelmed😮💨
You or your little ones with an opened Center are not procrastinator! Chores and Homework will be done before relaxing/playing but this can also create a lot of anxiety 😞
Having an opened Root Center means that you are not supposed to feel that pressure. Knowing your or your children design will allow you to understand it, acknowledge the feeling and release it.
Ask yourself : ’Are you trying to get things done so you can be free’? If yes, stop and rest!
Knowing which gates are illuminated in your Root Center can help you or your children to understand how to release easily the pressure and relax.
For example, with the gate 53 of Beginning, starting something can be a good way to stop the anxiety.
The pressure from the Root Center will be different according to your Design. The root Center can be linked to the Spleen, the Sacral or the Solar Plexus Center. You can then have a different way to release that pressure.
With a defined Root Center, you or your little ones have your very own pressure system to get things done. It’s done at your own rhythm.
I have a Root Center defined… I don’t feel overwhelmed by the list of tasks who needs to be done as a mum… I know it will be done at my path and I have to pay attention to not put pressure on my family to have things done at my rhythm (thankfully my daughter and partner also have an defined Center 😝)
his is the risk when an opened Root Center meets a defined Root Center, the opened Root Center can feel pressure to do things done. If you or your children feel pressure by a defined Root Center parent/partner, get out of the room and see how this mechanism is playing this part.
If you ask your kids to tidy their room by the end of the week and one has a opened Root Center and the other one has a defined one, they will do it at their own with pressure or not 😉
When you are aware of how the Root Center operates, it will definitely help you and your family in your relationship.
