Parenting a Generator

Do you have a super energetic child? Full of joy, always busy and who can get frustrated? That's a Generator! 😉

Generators are the life force of our world and are bringing us their open and enveloping aura 💫
Their consistent sacral energy is huge so here the best tips to parent a Generator :

- Ask yes/no questions
Opened questions can be too overwhelming and the Sacral can't answer to it.

- Encourage their sacral sounds to know what they have the energy for or if they have an emotional authority, explain them how to be patient with their emotions and let pass the wave (I am here to teach you all about that 😉)

- Offer an activity after another one
Generators are not multitaskers, one thing at the time. They are here to master what they do. They can spend hours and hours on the same activity. Let them finish what they do, they need it and it will avoid a lot of frustration for them 😀

- Help them to figure out what they can do to spend their energy for. Generators need physical activity. If they start a sport at the beginning of the year school, they will commit to it. It's why it's important to teach them to respond to the world according their authority to choose what suit them best and not feel the frustration 🤪 (see the post about Energy type for generator)

- Exhaust them! Let them play, jump, sing til exhaustion to empty their sacral energy before going to bed. You will definitely have a good night sleep too 🤭
